Promise Land Community Development is a non-profit organization established in 2000 to revitalize troubled neighborhoods.
Promise Land has served Richmond County for nearly 7 years. Focusing on low and moderate income neighborhoods, PLCDC strives to renew pride, restore confidence, promote reinvestment and revitalize communities. This is done through promoting home ownership, constructing and rehabilitating single and multi-family homes, and encouraging the development of resident community leaders.
Promise Land is a certified Housing Counseling Agency and is a State certified Community Housing Developer.
